DDoS Protection traffic percentage and enhanced rule statistics

Added traffic_percentage field to DDoS Protection traffic statistics responses. Enhanced DDoS Protection API endpoints:

  • GET /ddos-protection/v1/events/{event_id}/rules/{rule_id}/traffic-stats - now returns traffic_percentage field
  • GET /ddos-protection/v1/events/{event_id}/rules - enhanced to support include=traffic_stats parameter for embedded traffic statistics

Prior change: Add allow_untrusted_root attribute for TLS certificate creation and update endpoints

Following change: Add services parameter to the GET /stats endpoint
